Cancellation and Refund Policy
Subscribers must cancel their subscription at least 7 days prior to the end of the month to avoid being billed for the next month.
Cancellations submitted fewer than 7 days before the end of the month will result in billing for the following month; refunds will not be issued for that month.
To cancel, notify TAG Me at the Tea in writing via email at tag.me.at.the.tea@gmail.com. Cancellations are effective only after written confirmation from TAG Me at the Tea is received.
Waiver and Liability
All attendees must sign the TAG Me at the Tea liability waiver prior to participating in any activities or events on the premises.
For group bookings or recurring subscriptions, each individual who will attend must sign a waiver. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
Membership Terms and Conditions
Membership grants priority access to TAG Me at the Tea's Micro-Market, Social Spot events, booking for parties and meetings, and member-only promotions.
Membership is valid only for the individuals whose names appear on the membership record.
Membership is nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared with others.
Members must present valid ID matching the membership record when requested.
TAG Me at the Tea reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of house rules or misuse of benefits.
Membership benefits and fees are subject to change; members will be notified in advance of material changes.

Children and Supervision
Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+) at all times while on the premises.
The supervising adult is responsible for the child’s behavior and ensuring the child follows all TAG Me at the Tea rules and staff instructions.
Failure to properly supervise children may result in removal from the premises and/or suspension of membership without refund.
Enforcement and Modifications
TAG Me at the Tea reserves the right to enforce these policies and to modify them at any time. Members will be notified of policy changes in writing.
Repeated violations of these policies may result in suspension or termination of membership, event privileges, or access to the facility.
