Official Rules for the TAG Me at the Tea, LLC "Winter Cheer Giveaway"

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Winter Cheer Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Ohio, USA who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TAG Me at the Tea, LLC], its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by TAG Me at the Tea, LLC, located at 311 S Broadway #B, Greenville, Ohio 45331.

3. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026, at 9:30 AM and ends on December 31, 2026, at 8:00 PM (the "Sweepstakes Period").

5. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

• In-Store Purchase Method: Spend $100 or more (before tax) in a single transaction at TAG Me at the Tea, LLC. You will receive one (1) official entry form at the checkout counter. Fully complete the form with your name and phone number, and place it in the designated ballot box. Limit one (1) entry per $100.

• Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, handprint your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it to: TAG Me at the Tea, LLC, Attn: Winter Cheer Giveaway, 311 S. Broadway St. #B. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the respective month to be eligible for that month's drawing. Limit one (1) free entry per person per month.

6. Drawings and Winner Notification

A total of three (3) separate drawings will be conducted. Entries do not roll over from month to month (e.g., entries submitted in October are only eligible for the October drawing). Drawings will take place on or about:

• Drawing 1: October 31, 2026

• Drawing 2: November 30, 2026

• Drawing 3: December 31, 2026

Potential winners will be notified via the phone number provided on the entry form within three (3) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed declaration if required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Prizes

The prizes to be awarded during the Sweepstakes Period are as follows:

• October Prizes: Winners choose one of the wrapped boxes. Prize boxes contain one of the following possibilities: 5 Mueller Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Coffee Grinder, 2 KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Metal Bowl for Stand Mixer, KitchenAid Ceramic Bowl for Stand Mixer, and KitchenAid Bread Bowl with Baking Lid for Stand Mixer.

• November Prizes: Winners choose one of the wrapped boxes remaining after the October drawing. Prize boxes contain one of the following possibilities: 5 Mueller Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Coffee Grinder, 2 KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Metal Bowl for Stand Mixer, KitchenAid Ceramic Bowl for Stand Mixer, and KitchenAid Bread Bowl with Baking Lid for Stand Mixer.

• December Prizes: Winners choose one of the wrapped boxes remaining after the October and November drawings. Prize boxes contain one of the following possibilities: 5 Mueller Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Coffee Grinder, 2 KitchenAid Cold Brew Coffee Makers, KitchenAid Metal Bowl for Stand Mixer, KitchenAid Ceramic Bowl for Stand Mixer, and KitchenAid Bread Bowl with Baking Lid for Stand Mixer.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each respective monthly entry period.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless TAG Me at the Tea, LLC and its employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Greenville, Darke County, Ohio.
